       I am not an expert, but I build most of my computers and
        can run most software programs. I have been using a
        personal computer since 1985 and I have been working with
        computers since 1976.

Track & field ( I recently participated in the MA Senior Olympics )

kayaking & canoeing;
Snorkeling & SCUBA diving

I also enjoy watching football with friends.
I own an old 15' motor boat that I struggle to keep running.
I try to exercise fairly regularly in the winter when I can't be active outdoors.
