William Anthony Balson

            My life is motivated primarily by 3 things.  They are my love for my Lord, my love for my family and my love for being a pastor ( loving and caring for God's sheep ). 

            I am in very good health and not only enjoy being a pastor, but I enjoy work in general.  I stay active whether at ministry or at home and in my personal life.  I love spending time with my wife.

    As a pastor I have always put a great emphasis on the teaching and preaching of God's Word.

 

  Strengths & spiritual gifts:

      I am not very comfortable discussing any of my strengths or gifts.  Regarding anything that is good, I am what I am by the grace of God and by His kind provision alone.

      teaching and preaching of the Word
      mercy and patience with people or difficult circumstances
      reaching and discipling men, training leaders
      very honest and straight-forward

     I have been told that my weakest areas are that I am not very good at managing people.  ( Because of being merciful and tender I am not a hard boss. )  I have no gifts with music.
I have been told that I often work too hard or too much.
